Stacks: Custom technology

Today we introduce a long awaited feature for making Stacks even more powerful: creating files using Stacks Custom Technology.

You're likely already familiar with our templating stack configuration.
Templating files with Custom Technology is the same concept applied to your template files, enhanced with StackForms values.

This technology lets you define a set of templates for any technology (for example, Kubernetes, ArgoCD manifests, etc) that can be populated with StackForms values and project-specific settings. Unlike some other methods, this technology does not require a pipeline.

The templating engine is the same as the Cycloid stack templating with added StackForms variables.
